  5. The headrest can be moved 
  6. forward or backward with the 
  7. small knob just below the 
  8. patientΓÇÖs chin.  Turn the knob 
  9. clockwise to move the patientΓÇÖs 
  10. head back (when the focus 
  11. control was all the way back 
  12. towards the examiner and the 
  13. mires still not in focus) and 
  14. counter-clockwise to bring the 
  15. forehead forward towards the 
  16. instrument (when the focus 
  17. control was all the way forward 
  18. and the mires were still not in focus).
